Why should I get a monthly massage membership?

A Therapeutic Massage can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being. Massage has many health benefits and Membership allows you to get into the habit of receiving massages on a regular basis, at least one massage a month.

The physical manipulation in massage has two major physical effects: Increase in blood and lymph circulation, Relaxation and normalization of the soft tissue (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments), which releases nerves and deeper connective tissues.

Some studies have found massage may also be helpful for: Anxiety, Digestive disorders, Fibromyalgia, Headaches, Insomnia related to stress, Myofascial pain syndrome, Soft tissue strains or injuries and Sports injuries
