What can Meditation do for Me?

Mindfulness and meditation can relax the body, reduce stress, manage pain and improve overall health. These practices quiet the mind and help us feel clear, more focused and peaceful.

Who should attend?

Curious beginners, seasoned meditators and everyone in between!

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothes; bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Chairs will be provided if you prefer.
