Body & Soul Massage in Salem Ma is the go-to place for muscular pain relief. We have a team of extremely skilled, talented, successful therapists to providing their specialized therapy services to people in pain, under stress, or recovering from surgery.

We offer a variety of Massage Therapy modalities including Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Reiki, Couples Massage, Pre-natal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Cupping, Aromatherapy and Chair Massage.

Our goal at Body & Soul Massage is to provide pain relief and get you back to your daily activities in good health and comfortable, pain-free living. We understand how important it is to take care of yourself, and how little time, money and options people have to make that happen. We are excited to take a Wellness Program-based approach to massage that allows therapeutic massage to play an essential role in maintaining your healthy lifestyle and managing your stress.

Our expert massage therapists are trained in a variety of rehabilitation and relaxation techniques. Body & Soul offers pain relief programs in packages of 5 or 10 sessions. For maintenance programs Body & Soul offers a monthly membership program and accepts Health Savings Plans (HSA/FSA cards).

Body & Soul is open by appointment or referral Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Saturday 9-4pm and Sunday by prior appointment only. We do our best to accommodate same day requests when possible.

Massage Gift Certificates are great gifts for any occasion including Birthday, Christmas, Baby/Wedding shower or just to say “you are special”. Gift Certificates are available online, in person or over the phone.

Body & Soul Massage was founded in 2005 and is directed by Ann Sousa. Body & Soul Massage moved from Washington Street to Canal Street in 2014. Salem Chiropractic and Salem Acupuncture are located in the same facility offing services that complement the Massage modalities offered at Body & Soul.

Ann Sousa has a degree in Fitness from Salem State College. She completed her Massage Certification at the Palmer Institute in Salem, Ma. Ann has won the Enterprise Center student Business Plan Competition, nominated multiple times for Business Woman of the year and is an Ambassador for the Salem Chamber of Commerce. Ann is the Past President of the Salem Common Neighborhood Association and a volunteer for the Salem Athenaeum, The House of Seven Gables and Salem Sound Coastwatch. Ann is also a US Sailing certified Sailing Instructor and enjoys sailing, running, triathlons and gardening.
