The 2019 Wellness Workshop Series brought to you by Body & Soul Massage, Salem Chiropractic Center, Salem Acupuncture Therapy and Andy Dubois, Naturopathic Doctor invites you to participate in our Healthy Habits Series.

This Workshop series will focus on learning about how your mind, nutrients, oxygen & muscle mass, toxins and nerve supply affect your health and well being.

At each meetup we will discuss one of the topics above, create awareness around it and show how simple habits can become part of a healthy lifestyle. We will introduce new habits each week and build on the habits from each of the prior meet ups with a total of 20 new Healthy Habits by series end.

Tuesday, March 12 & 26, April 9 & 23, May 14 & 28, 2019   6-7 pm

Week One – March 12th – Strengthen Your Mind
Changing your mindset about health, wellness, and healing that is needed to begin and follow a new lifestyle plan. Learn simple meditation and breathe techniques to incorporate into your daily life.

Week Two – March 26th – Nutrition
A diet that focuses on natural whole foods sustains your mental and physical well-being, aids in disease prevention, and helps you maintain an ideal weight. Learn the importance of a healthy gut and how consuming the right nutrients can lead to better skin, more energy and stronger health.

Week Three – April 9th – Oxygen, Muscle Mass and Balance
Regular exercise helps your body take in higher levels of oxygen, creating lean muscle and reducing fat, keeping both your body and mind healthy. Regular movement increases your body’s ability to fight stress, anxiety, and illnesses. Learn how massage can enhance muscle repair, simple core exercises and how incorporating yoga stretches into your daily lifestyle with strengthen both your body & mind.

Week Four – April 23rd – Eliminate Toxins
Minimizing exposure and clearing the toxins from your body resets your body’s natural balance and allows it to function at its fullest potential. Toxins can cause stagnation in the body and slow its ability to heal. Learn how Acupuncture can clear the pathways giving the tools the body needs.

Week Five – May 14th – Nerve Supply
Spinal correction is at the core of chiropractic care, your spine is your body’s central information highway. Proper spinal alignment aids in maximizing nerve supply. This is important to maintaining effective nervous system function and unlocks the body’s natural potential for optimal health, faster healing, and improved physical ability

Week 6 – May 28th – Put it all Together
A review of the techniques learned in the series and celebration of successes. A collaborative discussion of how the simple things learned can be continued and incorporated in everyday life.

Registration is $25 per person. Series includes printed and online materials, coaching, support and upon completion* a Reward Package Valued over $250.
