Energy work is a gentle, light-touch way to assist your body in healing for a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual conditions. Each session is custom-designed to meet the individual needs of the client using several techniques.

Reiki
(pronounced ray-key) Japanese for “Universal Life Force/Energy”— An energy based technique founded by Doctor Mikao Usui of Japan clinically proven to quicken healing and relieve pain. This method is used to promote deep relaxation, restful sleep, stress relief and help ease all symptoms related thereof. During the session the client is fully clothed while energy is transferred onto the receiver to create an immediate feeling of tranquility and contentment. 45-60 minute sessions included crystal healing to provide a more powerful experience.
Polarity Therapy
Bodywork which addresses the Human Energy Field; the natural electromagnetic patterns that store mental, emotional, and physical experiences. Polarity helps to remove blockages from your energy system and opens up your system to better health and vitality. While receiving a treatment you can be fully clothed, or it can be combined with massage.
Cranial Sacral Therapy
Deeply calming to the central nervous system. Can help relieve tension headaches and migraines.
Intuitive Massage
The therapist is guided by your body’s responses and their intuition to target the root of the issue. Remember, it’s all connected. Pain in one place might be referring from another.
