What to expect for your Massage Appointment

Yes, you heard right, we are open! We are taking every precaution to keep clients and staff safe and some of the protocol is listed below. During this time we are open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY  and Online booking is not available.

A few things to know :

  • Please carefully read the questions on the appointment reminder. If you have any fever, cough, sniffle, or have been exposed, for everyone's safety please re-schedule.
  • When you arrive - call us - and wait in the car until we signal you in.
  • Wear your mask! For everyone's safety Masks are required while you are in the building.

What to Expect when you come for your Massage

Your appointment reminder will have standard Covid questions. If your answer is yes to any of them or you do not feel well please call us immediately to re-schedule.

Please call us when you have arrived at the office and wait in your car until instructed to enter the building.

Clients must wear mask when in the building.

We have staggered appointments to allow for minimal client interaction and proper social distancing.

Sanitation Station

Upon entering the building please stop at the hand sanitizer station by the desk and we will take your temperature.

You will be brought directly to the treatment room and the therapist will greet you there.

Office Waiting Room During Covid-19

Our waiting area has been modified to ensure social distancing.

To allow for easier cleaning we have suspended coffee/tea option and the warm towel service. Chairs and blankets have been switched out and surfaces have been streamlined. We have enhanced our already strict cleaning protocol for client and therapist safety.

Per city and state law it is mandatory to leave your mask on during the session and the therapist will have a mask on as well.
Our therapists can give you tips if you are uncomfortable.

Pin Pad Payment

Our remote pin pad has be re-activated and it sanitized after each use

Or for touch-less payment you are welcome to pre-pay for your session via venmo or pay pal - just ask for the link when you book you session

In compliance with state regulations social distancing and Covid compliance posters have been posted throughout the office.
